Havanna 2000 :
Finally ,I made it back to Havanna Cuba its been a long 18 months or so , There were times that I thought that I would not ever make it back to Cuba .But I did , and I am glad that I did.. First I would like to say that I had a great time in Cuba and I a planning to go back ASAP .I have read some reports of this year and they seem mixed as have all the cuba reports since the crackdown .A couple of the guys that seem to know a lot about Cuba did not have that much positive to say about their trip . I might have been the first TSMers to land in Cuba this year as my cubanna plane touched down 14 hours after y2k

WHAT IS NEW
Well I only know what I saw in my first trip in 1998 pre-crackdown ,The street La rampa and the malecon werer filled with chica begging for 20-30 dollar all nighters , so I did not get a chance to go to the clubs at all on my first trip it was not nessarry . The biggest differences that I saw was the girls that worked the la rampa and malecon area were cut down to about 20% of before .Still I saw a lot of nice girls that I liked ,but the police were every where .Any where that there is a money making estabilishment there they were too or three out side of every place Infact the police were every you looked in down town areas and residencal areas as well .there would be a police at the end of many blocks just standing there in the still of night .But they were not hassling any of the girls or the tourist for the most part .And there are still a Lot of girls working the streets but more spread out not in any concentration .

There were tourist s in town but there were still more chica standing around the city in the streets and in the clubs .I think that if all 5000 of us were to invade at the same time we would just be enveloped in those big asses that Cuba is famous for . In fact there were so many girls around that city waiting for a (ride) that I have a theroy that the mixed reports that come from cuba are just an attempt to just keep out the rest of you from there private paradise.

I landed with a problem in Havanna INS and Customs were not aproblem I had an address of a casa .I had contacted a guy in the internet who had an apt. for rent turned out to be pretty good .30.00 a day . but it was out at the end of vedado so it turned out to be too far not having a car .My first night in Havanna new years night and things were a little slow on la rampa and I was starting to worry but things were starting to build when I met and tout and he said that he knew of a club where there are girls .SO off we go to aa club called Colmao it in havanna centro some where and it was a two dollar cover charge to those that were paying . and it was about 100. Degrees in there the only place that was cool was right in front of the a/c unit. People were jumping and dancing and about half knew each other. And there a few tourist there ,but mostly locals some nice girls but it was hard to get a vibe going in that noise and heat. I did make a deal in there with a girl that could really dance .The trick in these clubs is to dance with the girls and get a vibe going like that ,then talk about leaving. I saw a girl dancing very wild and I soon saw her pick up and half eaten piece if chicken off some ones elseís plate where I myself had earlier crushed a cigarette out ,on the plate, not the chicken she asked the person that the chicken belonged to if they were finished and then proceeded to suck all the meat off the bone

I knew then that was the girl for me. She was very warm and friendly . but wanted to talk money so the price was a little high for this place but it was my first night .so after we finaly got out of the club she wanted to go to her place something ,and she wanted me to show her the money as some of the girls are complaning that that they are not getting paid the amount that is promised to them as they have no recourse if they are stiffed ( no pun ) after the fact .So the deal fell apart I had my money at the apt. so I did not have much to show So what There has to be a least one more girl in Havanna it was late but there were people on the street my tout said that there were some girls on la rampa to I was game we walked through the dark street of havanna centro back la rampa . here he said that he knew some girls for me to look at there were a few that I did not like to much . Then he brought a mulata with a great ass ,clamed to be dancer at a show at the nacional . Did have a dancers body and muscle tone and as it turned out a lot of stamina. As a deal was struck pronto. Then my tout was giving me a story about coming along with me and the girl and waiting for her he a long with his girlfriend I was no into this but we went together to my apt where they had a few drinks .me and t he girl went to the bedroom .

Things worked well she was worth the extra 10.bucks .As we were fully involved for about 50 mins non stop Finally the rubber exploded , and so did I .

The next day I looked at some casas ,two were places that I had stayed on my trip before and knew the people that were renting ,one was an apt and the other was a room in a house. So I made arrangements to move to another casa in a few days .Because my casa in vedado was far away from the action and because I did not have a car. I will have one on my next trip ,as there are so many girls wating on any given traffic stop and in most parts of the city for rides .If you just rented a car for the first two days you would have more numbers and dates than you will ever be able to make . Went shopping and the dollar store seems that it is busy but not overbusy .There are most of the things that you would see at a small market like used to be in u.s.a. prices are medium to high on some items food was fresh enough .so I stocked up on ham and other local favorites for my kitchen. And made dinner and took a nap .woke up looking for love .

So down to la rampa there is a small resturant just a block up from Havanna libere hotel, Rumbios it is next to a big bus stop and across form another bus stop .They sell chicken and pizza and beer, Etc. the food is not the reason to to this place .The girls that hang out at this place ,starting at about 7:30- 8:00 pm to about 11:00 girls can be seen hanging around this place saw some good talent there on several nights.

Just found the place by luck I was walking back from the malecon. And I heard some guys talking english so I sat down there for an cristal beer . Soon I started talking to them and found they are Canadians and they hang out here almost every day .They were telling me about a club called tacoa on la rampa ,its is in the middle of la rampa lots of chicas and guys hanging around there but the sceen inside is again very crowded and hot, loud and young. Very hard to make a connection in there but the canadians liked this place.But I found it not a good enviroment . I wondered the street looking for something good but the police were making their presence felt.

But I was going to find something good and I did .Found a dark skinned girl just standing off to the side as some italians were looking at her and they decided to move on ,I made my move first as always, I have to convince the girl that I am not a Cuban .At first this is fun but as time went on I donít know if is good or bad I can hide when I want but when I donít want to hide I am still hidden . Then the girl was game so went to have some ice cream and then on to my apt. she was in good shape and had a great ass,from santiago de cuba. Very good ,and she stayed all night .I think that I payed 30.00 and gave her some gifts.She wanted to come back that night but I told her to call me .

That day I went to walk around the city and took photos . a map of the city came in handy . I ate a great paladar ,although it seems that the paladars are more expensive only for tourist who wanted to spend a good amount of money to eat in Cuba 15-20 dollars for dinner in Cuba that is a lot of money. Is is best if you know some locals you can give them money and they will cook for you that will be the best food that you get in Cuba .Also there are lot of people that cook food at there house and sell it in the front of there house this is the only way that cubans can eat out .The price are very low and often are in pesos. You will see a small line in front of a house .This was mostly in resedencial areas ,of which I walked around a lot ,I found that very informative to get the feel of the city looking in to the lives of the people getting a taste of of Cuban life up close and personal.

To get back to the action at night I had to get a taxi every time I wanted to go to the city center. The price was not bad but Taxis are not easy to get when you really want one .There are four types of taxis first there are tourist taxis that are the most expensive they are new cars and they get the girls to look inside at almost every stop.Then there are the yellow and black russian cars called Ladas ,that are almost half the cost of the tourist taxis ,and I think that the meters on both start at a higher rate at night.Then there is the taxi paticular ,there are still some of these running they usually have a small permit on the window but some may not ,they are about 1.00 for a short ride and maybe 2or 3 dollars for a longer ride ask before ,they mostly run at night . there is also another type of taxi that is for the cuban people it is the fifties cars that ramble up and down a route givig rides for 50. Cents.Ok enough about taxis.

I found my self on la rampa again and looking for a girl but starting to talk to a tout and he said that he knew of a club in China town ( barrio chino ) that was good so we went of the club , the club is in a chinese resturant walk through and then up a flight of stairs and were in 5.00 cover .I found that the 5.00 clubs were the best ,less local guys and the girls are of good quailty and not the hardcore pros that you might find at say johnnys disco 10-15 dollars cover charge. Just my opinion.So at this club called tres chinamentos (sp) . It was small but nice there were two guys singing some ballads in spanish very nice .then there was some disco dancing .but the club had 4or5 to 1 girls to guys there and some were very nice indeed .I had to make a deal quickly because I was running out of money again (seems like a pattern with me ) so grabbed a light skinned chica, made a deal and we left .Back at my place she was very sweet and warm was from Holgin ,and had no reason to be in havanna she was a little shy of police .we had fun but she did want to leave after the fact .Now She tells me that she in a little worried about police with her i.d. from holgin but wanted to leave in the middle of the night , I found that strange if she was scared of police .So as she left I walked her down the front of my apt. there is a policeman stationed there 24 hours a day on the corner one apt.away .At first she seemed a little fearful but as she was walking down the street a 3:00 am in the oposite direction of the police man ,a whistle from a passing car for a ride she stopped and reversed her direction and walked right pass the policeman in the dead of night in her high heels and the police did not say a word .

Next day more of the same met again with the girl from the second night things went well, more walking more photos .Then I was to meet mr gleg at the hotel .We got together and and had some drinks met his girlfreind, nice girl . we toured the city he showed me where amancer disco is located at first I was dissapointed ,I had heard so much about it its like La noria in B.C. but with better varitey and belive or not better prices as many of these girls may not talk about price at all (those are the best ones) but expect something in the morning .Me and MR gleg spent some time riding around the city with Indy and Hatuey .We did all go to a club called mombosa (sp ) I think that was>

In mirimar not sure but it was the kind of place for bring a date very nice place though we went johnnys but the cover chage 15.00 dollars we passed, there were some good looking girls wating for some one to pay there way In we picked up some girls and they took us to this other club mombosa but we did not pay for them to get in .

The day before the arrival of batman and robin ( not their real names)I was sitting at my favorite stop on la rampa wating to see if my friends the Canadians had been there at the little cafe I met a cuban guy this was a different kind of cuban guy as he had some money of his own I was trying to make a phone call to a tout who had a very nice girl that I had seen before but was unable to make the connection with her .This guy said that I should come over to his table and have a drink with him and these to chicas that he had sitting there with him.

Well free drinks and chicas ,I am in ,so I go over to sit sown sure enough the guy starts spending money like he was on vacation but this guy lived around the corner ,with his wife and kids and his mom . So we found another place to take the chicas to have drinks . I thought that This a way to kill time until I had to meet mr gleg at the hotel later ,so I would have some drinks and then go .But the guy drank most of a bottle of rum in about 20 mins. and ,he became falling down drunk I mean the guy fell down on his face. But he and the girls wanted to go to my apt. to (party ) .But the girl that was interested in me had hinted that she was looking for some sort of payment for services to be rendered ,now this was really should have been a red light, in cuba the sooner the girls talks about money the more of a pro she is .
But instead of getting up and going to meet mr. Gleg I decided to go ,with them to my apt. I mean how much could she ask for ,this aint no disco. So the drunk cuban guy and the two girls come to my apt. so the other couple goes in one bed room and we are in the other . so we get back to the matter of money ,so I say what did you have in mind and she says that its is up to me .
So of course I say how about 20.00 she says more and asked how much did I have to which I say 30 dollars she says that is not enough . she then asked for 100.00 I said what pesos ? I know that the cuban guy aint paying much .I am thinking if the other guy would hurry I can still make my appt. with mr gleg I tell her that this is all the money that I have and if this is not enough .then we will wait here for the others to finish and then we will go .She then takes the money out of my hand and I proceed to fuck her brains out . Turns out that she is a pro that works at johnnys disco. And was getting money to make the 10-15 dollar cover charge ect. That she has to pay every night. So to all you guys that pay the big money to the pros just get them In the day time 60% off .Never did make that appt. with mr gleg.

Next day made my connection with the nice chica I had seen earlier in the week she turned out to be keeeper. I had to meet batman and robin later that day and was determined to make this appt.

Although it was hard to get off this chica for this meeting,these were nebies to Cuba and would have been eaten alive with out my guidence .So I did make the meeting them and we looked around la rampa and the areas .This was now the following sat night and things has picked up a lot since the first sat.night new years day there were a lot of chicas and couples out and about about 10:00 pm but we had to check their accomodations first and when we got back to the street it was later and I thought that we would go to amancer dico to get things started the guys were inpressed so far, so on to the disco .When we arrived there was a lot more people and girls there that before when I went with mr gleg but that was in the early eve. This time things were hopping and the guys were ready to rock I was now a fan of this place .I had told the guys to take about 60 dollars with them so as not to have to much money with them. That turned out to be a good thing as (robin ) soon lost his mind in the disco and was buying drinks for every body and our end of the bar .I mean that part of the disco was rocking the chica were all over us after they found out that we were American at first of course the chica would come over to me to translate for them with my bad spanish ,these guys both spoke spanish since birth ,I found that ironic.

After they found out that I was american also the chica started to stick to me also .(robin ) spending money so fast that he went through his money in about 45 mins. But the guy was having the time of his life .Everybody was his friend he even atratcted some gay men as we found out later. After he ran out of money we thought that it was time to get some girls and go They made selections and I passed on this night as my girl of eariler in the day did not leave much for any other chica ( I mean after all I am no Ronin or Jody ) I mean two a day is a lot of work for me . I will try to do better in the future , I promise. So they did not want to travel to their apt. as it was far out to the playa del este and at this time I had two places to stay a apt. and a casa so I offered the apt. to them and they used it from then on .
Next morning I had my girl coming over to the apt we were all sharing 2: 00 pm so I went to get these guys up and out, these guys were there still asleep and after they got up and dressed they asked me how much to pay the chicas I said the for these girls 20-25 should do it so robin payed it and batman tried to pay but the girl did want it (strange ) but batman said that he has that effect on chicas(right ) .They went out sightseeing and I was with my chica during the day later me and the guys ate at a great paladar . and then we all took a nap ( not together) .Later we hit more discos .
We started to go in to Las vegas but changed our minds some kind of dance show going on there we were hunting for loose chicas .There is a nother club that I did not mention in the details part of my report it is called Sherazada (sp) one block down, north on la rampa from Havanna libre hotel there is street/ave M ,east about three blocks nice little club 5 dollar cover nice secelection of chicas .We did see some lookers, and some chica wearing the 70.00 dollar fuck me pumps 4 inch heels that the strippers wear in U.S. first time I had seen them in Cuba .If you will check TSM rule #34 you will see that the price the chicas of the shoes is about the price of an all nighter more or less. The higher the shoe the higher the price of the chica . look for a girl with a 2-3 inch heel those are the best , trust me .

So we ended up a amanecer disco again and the same girls were there and this was a problem as robin thought that he had some sort of comitment to the girl from the night before .As I explanied TSM logic to him once you have paid your money and you have taken your ride you are free to get off ,done deal . I learned that one from, my buddy Irving . And of course batman did not pay so his chica was giving him the puppy dog eyes but he went home with out her and ended fucking a dud that robinís new girl dragged to the apt . Next day was my last in Cuba met with my girl for an good bye bbbj and off to the airport with plenty of time and money . Last part to follow : refelections and U.S. INS and Customs in nassau

As my airbus 320 lifted off from Havanna airport I felt a little sad and that my trip had come to an end. But happy to have made it after waiting and cancelling other trips. Looking out of my window I see Havanna getting smaller and the country side then looking down at vaedero beaches, and think how much I like this place ,and how soon I can get back.

I have made some friends and some contacts so that my next trip will be better that this one .Of course I left a lot of things out of my trip report .
Some times I think about the people of the places that we go to ,and how hard their lives are for them (usually after sex) Some times I feel a little guilty .But I cant save the world all a can do is to help one chica at a time, may be two at a time.
The sceen is not what once was but there are still plenty of chica to go around . You now just have to open your eyes, before you could be blindfolded. There is some cat and mouse with the police but its is only a small hurdel to true TSMers. If you have money you will have chicas . IF you want to go you should go for it .Yeah there are other places that you can go to for girls, but there no place like Cuba ,it is not the easiest for TSMing but there got to be some challenge .Any way I like it and I will be back at least twice this year ( I hope )

INS and Customs

Soon we landed in nassau bahamas and it was on to INS , on my last Cuba report I told guys to avoid going through nassau and to avoid getting your passport stamped going out of cuba as I did on my last trip to Cuba.

Advice that I did not take myself ,and that did cause a problem . As I was going through INS at havana airport I got to the booth and there were two chicas that worked there for INS and they started to flirt with me and ask about my trip and did I have any presents for them no which I say that that they were all gone and we spoke and then she sent me through .I forgot that I should ask them not to stamp me on the way out which they did .It turns out that this is the way they know where you have been .So of course now I have two stamps in my passport ,So the INS guy knows that I have been to Cuba and asked ,have you been to Cuba I say no and he says never? I say no and he say ok and writes CUBA 2 on my customs declartrion ticket.

At customs there was an old lady that saw the CUBA 2 on my paperwork and asked about my trips to Cuba and what type of work that I did to answer I said that I was in construction ,she said that I must be making contacts for future work there !
What I wanted to say was what the FUCK are you talking about ( I mean who would I talk to about that the whole country I under control of Fidel Castro ) and I donít have his number .

Then she says, or you must have a GIRLFREIND over there . That pissed me off What did she take me for one of those soft TSMers that support a girlfreind in another country ( not) . My attitude was starting to slip , then she says what hotel did you stay ( I guess that she was trying to get me to admit to spending money there) ,I say that I was staying at a friends house then she ask about what line of work that my friend in .I say that there is not much work of any kind going on there ,she say How can a person live on nothing, To that I say you know communism!! (duh) .Then she looked over her eyeglasses to give the look ( who do you think that talking to)

I was a little pissed about the whole thing ,she was writing in red ink on my declaration ticket things about busniess and such I am not sure .Then she asked my if I had bought any thing there to bring back ,No even I am not that stupid so she searched my bags and found nothing ,then she went to the supervisors office and was gone for about 10 minutes I was thinking that I may have said the wrong thing and that the rubber glove would be apart of this story .I stood there ,with the head of my dick still stinging from that last bbbj wondering Is this what my life has come to . She comes back and says have a good trip home (?) Go figure did she put me down for a fine or a audit ? I have no idea but I will keep you posted needless to say that I need another way back to Cuba, FUCK .

I am planning to go back in a couple months barring jail time .
